Welcome to our B2B Knowledge Center. We understand that global furniture importing involves strict regulatory hurdles and high quality standards. Here are the answers to the most critical compliance, manufacturing, and shipping questions raised by global brands.

SUSTAINABILITY & COMPLIANCE

Q1: Are your wood components and plywood 100% EUDR compliant?

A:
Yes, absolutely. We fully understand the strict regulatory landscape in Europe. All plywood and wooden structural components used in our dining chairs, tables, and sofas are 100% EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation) compliant. We maintain a rigorous, fully traceable supply chain and provide all necessary geographical coordinates and due diligence documentation to ensure a completely seamless, risk-free import process for our European partners.

Q2: Do your upholstered materials meet international fire retardant standards?

A: Yes. To cater to different global markets, we offer tailored upholstery options. We can provide foams and fabrics that strictly comply with UKFR (BS5852) for the United Kingdom and CAL117 for the United States. Please specify your target market's compliance regulations when requesting a quote so we can ensure the correct certifications are applied.

STRUCTURAL INTEGRITY & MATERIALS

Q1: What quality standards and structural certifications do your dining chairs meet?

A: Our seating collections are engineered for high-frequency residential and contract commercial environments. Our dining chairs are built with heavy-duty integrated metal interior frames combined with premium plywood, designed to meet the commercial-grade EN 12520 standard (European safety, strength, and durability requirements) as well as relevant BIFMA standards.

Q2: What is your foam density for chairs and sofas? Will it sag over time?

A: We strictly use high-resilience (HR) molded or block foam with a density ranging from 35kg/m³ to 45kg/m³, depending on the specific model's ergonomic requirements. This premium cushioning guarantees exceptional pressure distribution and ensures that the seats retain their original plush silhouette, comfort, and plumpness even after years of continuous heavy use.

Q3: What is the Martindale rating of your fabrics, and how do you guarantee leather quality?

A: Our curated contract textiles (including our popular bouclé, chenille, and textured linens) feature a Martindale rating of over 40,000 to 100,000 rubs, ensuring extreme resistance to pilling, friction, and daily wear. For our premium leather programs, we source top-grain genuine leather (real leather) celebrated for its natural breathability, high tensile strength, and sophisticated aging characteristics.

SUPPLY CHAIN & FLEXIBLE ORDERING

Q1: Can we mix different models and colors in one 40HQ container? What is the MOQ?

A: Yes, we highly encourage container mixing to help you optimize your inventory and test market trends. Our standard MOQ is flexible, typically ranging from 50 to 100 pieces per color (depending on the technical complexity, such as fixed vs. swivel/auto-return bases). You are welcome to mix up to 4 to 6 different models within a single 40HQ container.

Q2: Do you provide OEM/ODM services? Can we customize leg finishes and textiles?

A: Absolutely. We operate as a fully capable OEM/ODM manufacturer. We offer extensive tailoring options, including custom metal leg finishes (matte powder coating, chrome plating, brushed gold), dimensional adjustments, and custom Pantone color matchings for leather and textiles to seamlessly align with your brand's private label collection.

PACKAGING, LOGISTICS & SECURITY

Q1: Is your packaging optimized for e-commerce mail-order? Does it pass the drop test?

A: Yes, we offer specialized Mail-Order Packaging (KD - Knock Down design) for online retailers. We reinforce our cartons with high-density edge protectors, drop-proof foam inserts, and heavy-duty 5-layer corrugated boxes engineered to pass ISTA 1A/3A drop test standards to reduce transit damage to zero.

Q2: How do you protect large items like dining tables from damage during transit?

A: For dining tables (especially sintered stone, glass, or veneer tops), we utilize a robust packing system: the tabletop is wrapped in thick protective foam, encased in a customized solid wooden crate or plywood frame, and separated from the heavy metal legs to eliminate any risk of scratches or impact cracks during long-haul sea freight.

Q3: What is your standard production lead time and your payment terms?
A: Our standard lead time is 35 to 45 days upon receipt of the deposit for a 40HQ container. For initial trial orders, our standard payment terms are a 30% T/T deposit in advance, with the 70% balance paid against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).
